Shifting Excisable firm factory premises at new place

Please guide through the process for shifting an excisable factory, stock transfer of raw material, capital goods, and treatment of capital goods on which cenvat is due yet to be availed.

Before surrender the registration number you need to take registration at new premises and then transfer the all goods from existing premises to new premises.
