CAN FULLY PAID UP SHARES BE ALLOTTED TO A MINOR?? ANY CASE LAW OR SECTION REFERENCE IN THIS REGARD?

Yes. however the shares are registered in the name of the guardian. Eg; Mr. ABC guardian of Mr. POR (minor)
