Good Evening Sir,
I have joined as a accountant in a software company, i have no experiance in software field, actually my boss said we want " shares transfer certificate" or share certificate, this pvt company have public issue shares, how to get the certificate and what process to advice to me sir,

Hi
You can obtain a share transfer form for your nearest stock exchanges where it is easily available.
In case of Share Certificate, please check whether you company specifically give order for printing share certificate in company name or the company have any old specimen share certificate in record, if have then purchase the same from open market.
