Shareholders demand for copy of minutes of agm

Can a shareholder of the listed company demands the following:
1. Copy of Minutes of AGM.
2. Copy of Register of Contracts.
3. Copy of Register of Investments.
4. Copy of Annual Returns of AGM.
Kindly guide in this issue.

Now its working but they can only inspect the register or Annual Return and Minuts not the for copy .

No, where the shareholders have inspection right they can also demand for copy with or without fee. And if section permit you will provide the same. Please read relatives sections as mentioned.

one thing is that if in article give a clause which mention that
The Directors shall from time to time determine whether and to what extend and at what times and places and under what conditions or regulations the accounts or books or documents etc. of the company or any of them shall be open to inspection of members
than what will we do.

But, please ensure the Article do not have over ride effect over Companies Act, 1956. Please read section 9 of the Companies Act, 1956.
