What share warrants mean? Is it transferrable? Where this should be disclosed in balance sheet?

Share warrent is a bearer document of title to shares specified therein issued by a public compay limited by shares with the previous approval of central government with respect to any fully paid up shares. Since share warrant is a negotiable instument it is transferable by mere delivery.
