please tell me processure for transfer share in private limited

1. Pass a board resolution
2. Ask the new director to pay the consideration to outgoing director.
3. Execute form SH-4 and get it stamp from the sub-registrar office.
4. File DIR-11 from outgoing director side.
5. File DIR-12 from company side
