sir ,
I want to know that suppose that if a company issue 3500 share to other company in lieu of Rs. 1050000/- what is the value of per share and the premium per share.
they have issue 3500 share of Rs. 350000/- and premium value is 700000/-

If face value of share is Rs 100 then rate of premium is Rs. 200 per share
