03 August 2012 My company get incorporated on 19.06.2012. and on 21.06.2012 the first board meeting held to authorise the person who can sign the certificate. Then on 22.06.2012, 2nd board meeting held to change the regd. office of the company.
On the share certificate date is given as 21.06.2012 and yet no stamping and signing of certificate has been done?
My question is:
1. Do i need to change the date of share certificate to get it stamped?
2. The shareholders has paid the amount on 01.08.2012. What will be the issue date, allotment date and the date on share certificate?
3. Whether the share certificate should have a old address oor the new address of company?

Generally the share certificate demand the date of issue of share certificate, if as on issue of certificate the registered office is old then it will be old address and issue accordingly.

In case of subscription money, date of receipt of amount does not matter.

Share Certificate should be old address.
