CAN A COMPANY COLLECT SHARE CAPITAL MONEY IN CASH FROM ITS SHARE HOLDERS AND IF YES IS THERE ANY LIMIT FOR SUCH COLLECTION IN TERMS OF CASH

Can be issued in cash to exiting share holders. If issued to others, there is a specific prohibition is section 42(5).
