-Can we transfer share application amount to Unsecured creditors?

- Can we forfeit Share application money stating they have not paid calls?

- Can share application money be directed to preference share application?

2. how would you state that without alloting the shares.. you need to allot the share first and then make the calls.

3. well share application money needs to be marked against the shares against which application was made. however, you do have the option of refunding and then receiving again for preference share application money
