29 May 2018 File in a single upload

29 May 2018 Sir - can you please guide me further , how to do it .

25 July 2025 Hey! On your query about **filing Form 61A for multiple reasons (like cash payments and share issues)** โ€”

### Quick answer:

You **do NOT need to upload twice**. You can file **both types of transactions in a single upload** of Form 61A.

---

### How to do it:

1. **Download and install the latest Form 61A offline utility** from the Income Tax e-filing portal.

2. Open the utility and select the **financial year**.

3. Under the utility, you will find different **categories of reportable transactions**, like:

* Cash payments above โ‚น2,00,000
* Issue of shares above prescribed limits
* Other transactions (like mutual funds, property purchases, etc.)

4. **Enter all relevant transaction details in their respective sections** within the same utility file.

5. Once all data is entered, **generate the XML/zip file**.

6. Upload this **single XML/zip file** on the Income Tax e-filing portal under SFT (Form 61A) upload section.

---

### Important:

* No need to submit separate files for each category.
* Ensure all your data is accurate in the utility to avoid rejection.
* After upload, sign the file using your **Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)**.
* If you donโ€™t have any transactions in any category, leave it blank; no problem.

---

If you want, I can guide you step-by-step with screenshots or share the download link for the offline utility.

Need help with that?
