Any body can explain me what procedures we have to follow in a case one of our SEZ customer want to return material due to defects in goods.

Pls treat this urgent.

01 September 2011 once sold to SEZ, the goods classify as export

on return of goods, such goods may invite full rate of tax charged by SEZ

to save the situation, ask the SEZ to issue challan for job work and you have to receive and rectify the goods then return to SEZ again on the strength of that challan issued by SEZ
