is there any change in syllabus of service tax and after nov 2013 for may 2014 ipcc???

1. Finance Act 2013 will be applicable for May 2014 exams.
Further circulars & notifications issued till 30th October will also be applicable.
2. You can get all the amendments in the supplementary module published by the Institute.
