11 April 2011 can vat paid on purchase of CPU and RAM for office use can be claimed as sett -off???
please let me know in detail as soon as possible.

11 April 2011 Yes you can claim set off provided you have output VAT to claim the above set off. Otherwise you have to capitalise the same.
