Some one raised a bill of professional fee on me amounting to rs 15,00,000. But he did not show service tax seperately. Furthermore he does not have ser. tax no.
So may i consider it inclusive of service tax and take cenvat credit. he is not going to pay it to govt as he dont have s.tax no. pls suggest urgently.

First of All For Taking Credit of Service Tax - STaxable Invoice Required i.e (ST Number Should Be Mentioned) if He Dont Have ST No. Then Howe Can he Provide Service Worth 15Lacs as Exceed 9 Lacs Limit of Having ST No.

But sir this is i want to know that can i take set off as it is written that if s. tax is not charged in the bill it is considered inclusive of s. tax. and this is not my fault that he is not registerd.

But One Condition is Also That Taxable Invoice Should Be There Na...as U Said That He is Not Resigtered With ST Then How Can Be Input Possible
