19 April 2011 Dear Sir,

We had submitting the Original return, but now we want to revise it, Please give the period in which we have to revised the return OR After that Dept. was not accepted the Return any clause is there for period or we have revised any time.

Please advise

19 April 2011 Pl see rule 7B of service tax rules,1994 which is reproduced below for your reference.

Revision of Return.- An assessee may submit a revised return, in Form ST-3, in triplicate, to
correct a mistake or omission, within a period of

ninety days from the date of submission of the
return under rule 7.
