Sir, Without considering the reverse charge applicability service provider(Security agency)deduct 100 % of Service tax from my company.In that Circumstances how much is the service tax liability of our company..Please explain

first of all reverse charge Mechanism apply of service receiver not on service provider.
in your case your company is a service receiver therefore your company have to deduct and Deposit 75% of service tax under the reverse charge mechanism
