12 October 2013 If a Mfg ltd comapny then what will be conditions / criteria for filing service tax returns ?

12 October 2013 For this u need to check whether gross value of service provided by co exceeds Rs.10 lakhs then only service tax is to be paid.

For nil service tax no need to file return as per recent court ruling.
