one of the my client want to register with service tax department, he is labour works provider, plz advise for registration procedure. ..

U have to apply in form ST1. Visit the following link for forms format:-
https://www.servicetax.gov.in/
The details of id address proof is attached with the form.
After 7 days u will get ur registration certificate in form ST2. If u r not in the possession of that certificate u r deemed to b register.
