1.When an Individual(Consultant) is required to register for Service Tax.

2.When an Individual(Consultant) is required to add Service Tax (10.3%) with his invoice.

14 March 2011 1. Yes, need tp register with Service tax if their turnover exceeds Rs.9 lakhs or more and charges service tax if the turnover crosses Rs.10 Lakhs
