Hello Experts,
1.When an Individual(Consultant) is required to register for Service Tax.
2.When an Individual(Consultant) is required to add Service Tax (10.3%) with his invoice.

1. Yes, need tp register with Service tax if their turnover exceeds Rs.9 lakhs or more and charges service tax if the turnover crosses Rs.10 Lakhs
