IS IT MANDATORY TO GET REGISTRATION UNDER SERVICE TAX IF VALUE OF SERVICES EXCEEDS RS 900000 BUT ALL SUCH SERVICES ARE COVERED UNDER MEGA EXEMPTION NOTIFICATION????

No need to register, because the threshold limit is for value of taxable service.
