Dear Sir,
I am working in a private limited company which is incorporated recently. we are doing export of services (Design service)which is exempted from tax. Recently there lot of changes in service tax and declared negative list. Now i entered for new registration option for service classification is only one.That is other than negative list. how to proceed. My service is export of design service. kindly assist on the same.

RC has to be taken for Export services also. I hope you know the conditions for claiming exemption for export of services. You next requirement is keeping the accounts for such services provided and file periodical return to service tax authorities.You have to show the turnover as exempted in the return.
