Service tax penalty for non filing return

sir i have made all payment on time but i have not filed return since April 2012 i want to know should i have to pay penalty if yes how much and what the way to overcome this penalty?

Ya Ashutosh it will attract Penalty as under:-
For 1st 15 days Rs. 500/-
For next 15 days Rs. 1000/-
For Further delay Rs. 1000+100 per day.
Maximum penalty can b Rs. 20000/-
In ur case it will b Rs. 20000/-
