Dear all,
i have received the bill RS. 120000+25% ST RS. 3708 against security service in that 75% ST i would have to pay.
my Query is. should i paid this 75% amount immediately.

If you have received this bill in March then you need to pay this amount within 31st March as the due date of payment of Service Tax for the month of March is 31st March.

plz. look at my following situation in ST.
in this fourth Quarter. ST is payable as per my book of account is. 3426/- and on 5/3/2015 i have received the bill against security service on that 75% ST RS. 11124/- i will have to pay under RCM.
my Query is. ST payable as per my books of accounts is 3426 and this 75% amount is 11124/- can i deposit this amount after subtract the payable, 7698/-
