Dear sir
for individual the ST payment due date is 5/6 july.. but the Service tax can be paid only by E banking hence 6 july will be due date.... please tell me is it correct...

Yes you are correct. From 01.10.2014 payment through Net Banking is mandatory and therefore due date will be 06th July.
