Service tax payment

Dear Sir, I am propertiorship concern. I am registered with service tax authorities and i am a regular payer of service tax. But however, my turnover in last 2 years is less than 10 lacs. Whether i am liable to pay tax in the current year ?

Yes you are Liable to collect and pay service tax. Once RS 10 lac limit is crossed and you avail exemption and start paying Service Tax you need to collect and pay service tax even if in future the taxable value of Service is below Rs 10 Lacs. Rs 10 Lac limit is only one time consideration.
