My sister is a wedding planner.I want to whether on this activity service tax is applicable and if yes then in what category. Is she is required to register herself for service tax if yes then when(is condition of 10lakhs exemption applies to her and does this exemption applies every year or just one time).also is there any-abatement on this service.Please reply asap
