Pls clarify,
When employee gets transferred from one place to another place, Employer is paying transport charges on behalf of employee. Here who is liabile to pay service tax? Being employee is an individual, he is not liabile to pay ST. Whether Transport angency or Employer [company].

The invoicee has to pay. Though employee is an individual, he has to pay the service provider.
