i am working in a company. there is amusement park in a city . our company add a new activity there.
istead of paying rent for using park land
both party are entering in a contract
my company give 20% of net revenue to owner of amusement park
my question is that whether s. tax applicable on revenue sharing agreemeent

only on earning revenue there is tax payment and not on making agreement.
