Sir,
we are having lodging with following tariffs PER DAY
NON AC ROOM RS.700/-
AC ROOM RS.1299/-
AC EXCUTIVE RS.1399/-
SUIT RS.2150/-
PLEASE KINDLY ADVISE US HOW TO COLLECT SERVICE TAX ON ABOVE SAID TARIFFS.

Rooms with declared tariff amounting to Rs. 1,299/- , Rs. 1,399/- ,and Rs. 2,150/- have to pay service tax. Tax rate is 10.3%. For abatement pl see http://www.iato.in/service-tax-hotel-restaurants.html
