22 April 2009 Can anybody tell me if a company borrows ECB Loan from Holding Company, service tax is levieable on the availed loan
please help me out thank you

22 April 2009 Under ECB only the arrangement fees paid to the arranger is liable for service tax. In your case it is only a loan, should not stand to be taxable unless any charges in any form other than interest are paid, will be subject to service tax
