Service Tax On Bank Guarantee

Our Client has availed concession on bank guarantee. Whether service tax can be levied on commission before concession or after availing concession. Please reply me soon with any proof because it is urgent.

The ST is payable on the ultimate amount charged to the client. IF some concession was given then after concession.
However if the same was charged on gross and concession given later then the amount payable is on full amount.
