27 August 2012 Practically One entity cannot have more than 1 Service tax registration, because now service tax number based on PAN of the entity and online registration,since PAN is single all over India,so Service tax registration also single only.if you have more than 1 service tax registration number, you can surrender one and make the one registration as centralised number
