Service tax neither deposited nor return filled

01 December 2015 Dear Sirs,

I have received my Service tax on 30/04/2015.
as of now (01/12/2015) Neither I have deposited nor filled Service Return.

Please let me know how can i deposit the Service tax and file the return with Penalty / charges.

01 December 2015 Deposit the service tax with applicable interest(up to 6 months it is 18% and up to one year it is 24%) and file service tax return with applicable late fee.

02 December 2015 sir let me know should the service tax has to be paid after april 2015 or after 30 April (I received ST number)?
should the ST calculate like this..

April 80000
May 75000
June 90000
July 100000
August 95000
September 80000
October 650000
November 700000
Total Amount =1870000*14%= ST =261800
Penalty = 261800*18%=47124
total ST+ Penalty =261800+47124=308924

03 December 2015 If you are individual/firm the service tax is payable quarterly. Due date 1st quarter 6th July. 2nd quarter 6th October and 3rd quarter 6th January. Calculate No of days delay and work out the interest.
SBC at 0.50% is applicable from 15th November.
