Dear All
Service Tax Liability under partial reverse charge on GTA (Goods Transport Agency) was 25% by Service Receiver and 75% of Service Provider.
Now Please let me confirm that there is any change in % of Liability of Service Receiver & Service Provider from Apr 2015

Yes it is now 30% for receiver

Abatement is now decreased to 70%....
