Service tax liability for room services

in the case of my client: -

It is hotel with AC rooms and non AC restaurant and if they serve food to there clients in rooms( non AC)
is it liable to service tax

Note There is no central AC

12 October 2013 Yes in case if it has AC rooms then tax will be applicable on non AC rooms also.
