sir agar hum kisi ko plant or machinery rent par dete hai to tds will be applicable par kya service tax ki koi liability banegi.

If you are collecting the rent which exceeds Basic Exemption Limit which is presently Rs. 10,00,000, than you are liable to collect the service tax from lessee and deposit the same into the department. Please also note that the lessee is not required to deduct TDS on Service Tax Portion..
