21 August 2012 A company provides 3 servises Air travel Agency, Banking & Financial, Business Auxulary. Co availed abatement on first two servises. But on third servise no abatement availed. and also taken service tax input while paying service tax on third service. Can co. can adopt both abatement scheme & also take service tax input.
