we are manufacturar export from Haridwar (sidcul)uttrakhand
which is duty exempted are for 10 year
we are despatching the material without paying duty
we are using the duty paid goods and service tax paid services and also paying the service tax on GTA
can we get the credit of the service tax or cenvat
can we get the refund of that service tax
pls advice

You can get service tax refund based on your exports. You have to submit doucuments within 60days from the close of the month in which refund falls.
