If a concern get registered in to service tax - is it sufficient to get service tax credit or some more formalities or some more registrations etc is needed

03 October 2010 For taking cenvat credit, in addtion to registration

1. You need to be a taxable service provider

2. You need to have a documents which are prescibed for taking CENVAT credit( like Invoice of service provider or tax payment challans)
