One of my client has received notice of service tax audit of last five years, i am attainnng this kind of audit first time , please give me some good point to remember in audit and suggest me some good technics to attain this kind of audit

Make sure what ever your credit side of P&L is. Either you have shown the same in Return or if not have a sound explanation.
Match Credit availed, with invoices, if any invoices are not found get it from the service providers.
Get all returns in order
If any minor demand is raised and if you find the same is correct then pay the same with interest.
Remember to obtain your audit report. department takes lot of time to deliver the same as they might want to book a case against your client.
