Please tell me in detail provisions relates to S.Tax in case of freight and cartage in A.Y.2011-12.

all cartage service tax for the month of march to be paid on 31st march. and cartage bill reced in april and entered in 31st march service tax to paid when it will be paid to Transporter. because service tax libility on paymant basis.
