Dear all expert
my client is contractor (pvt. ltd.) company and the contractee(individual) has given the bill of contract to my client, but the contractee (individual) has not charged ST because he is availing ST exemption limit,
MY Query is that Does my client liable to pay 50% ST under RCM or not.
