in our bank statement the bank has debited
some amount for service charge. plz, tell me can i avail the ST input charged by bank,

these are service charges i think not service tax amount... u should check that first and if it meets the criteria u can take input then only

service charges was wrongly typed it was service tax charged by the bank. which was debited in our bank statement.
