i am service provider. in FY my turnover was below 1000000/- hence in current FY am not charging ST from customer. but will i have to file ST return.

You have not mentioned as to whether you have a valid service tax registration number. Is it a first year? If yes, file a nil return.

yes my firm is registered in service tax,
but turn over is below 1000000/- i have obtained ST no. 5/7/2014.
plz. suggest me in this current year should i file nil return and in next FY 2015-16 i have to fill nil return or not even in Next FY.
