12 February 2013 If an assesse was earlier providing many types of services but has now stopped providing some type of services permanently, does he need to inform the service tax department of such change by filling some form or by writing a letter

there is not required to inform to department, with effect from 1st july, 2012 it amanded from spicifed list of services to negative list therefor all kind of services is taxable under common head as ' other than negative list' only for purpose of payment it specified that under which service tax code u have to paid tax..
