Our company has booked an WCT order from public sector. where Service Tax, Works Contract Tax are inclusive. Now my question is how do i Pay service tax i.e do i have to pay service tax on WCT amount.
For eg: Basic Value of the invoice is Rs.100/-(Inclusive of Service Tax & WCT) What will be my Service TAx Amount.
