06 February 2009 If an assessee want to apply for cancellation of one service from the service tax ST-2 what is the procedure?

Which form we have to submit and what documents do we need to submit along with the said form.

2) ST-1 in triplicate.
3) Original ST-2.
4) Declaration stating that ST-2is not pending and no tax is due to department on a/c of the service proposed to be cancelled.

18 February 2009 What we can do if the ST-2 for addition of service is not yet recd though the no tax is due in that service.
