if he is doing work contracts to company and he is not registered does he liable for service tax and does company can get credit?

if any problem for the company if he exceeds more than 10 lakhs and he is not registered?

yes as its mandatory to get registered once consideration exceeds rs 9 lakhs and need to pay service tax once it exceeds rs 10 lakhs.
