Does segment reporting continues even if the company is no more applicable for segment reporting.

what is the situation? if a company is not having any SEGMENTs in its sales......no segment reporting is required to be done.

The equity and debentures of the company got delisted. so the question has been raised.

if the said position exists on the year ending date, then segment reporting is not required to be done.

the provision is quite clear..... if segment reporting is NOT applicable to a particular Company, then it should NOT be done.....it is quite clear...
